Okay people, if you are more concerned with documenting life, rather than actually living life...just stay home and Photoshop yourself having fun. I've been to a few concerts this summer and everywhere I looked instead of just enjoying the music and experience, people were too busy filming, taking pictures, and updating their statuses. I really don't get the point of going to a concert if you're not going to actually listen to the music. Like seriously. When you look back on your life you're only going to remember things from behind a lens, and won't actually remember the experience.

Also to The annoying guy in front of me at the kid cudi concert, who was way too tall, taking pictures and posting them on Facebook the whole time, and only knowing like 2 songs... You are a douche.

the life of a tv addict

you know your addicted to television when two of the tv shows you watch have excellent endings and you're on cloud nine for the rest of the day/week/month/year/life (overboard? perhaps). ANYWAYS....the two shows that i'm talking about (today anyways, there are manymanymanymany other shows that are an active part of my life) are true blood and the bachelorette.

first we absolutely must discuss true blood. now normally i am not interested in fantasy sci fi crap and whatnot. why i watch or read anything of that nature is the fault of my roommates who love that crap. the reason why i usually involve myself in that type of entertainment is mainly to know what the heck they are talking about most tf the time. i wanted to know who this sookie person was and why she was being a dumbsumb with irritating bill, when she should clearly be with hot bad boy viking eric. so i began watching it last summer...i watched all three seasons. in like two weeks. ( i know i have issues okay). anyways so we are currently on season 4....and last night it finally happened, the glorious long awaited moment when sookie and eric finally hooked up (and no i don't care if he has amnesia, and yes i always feel ridiculous when i'm talking about a character with amnesia). anyways....sohotsosweetsoamazing.

secondly....the bachelorette. yes it is an absurd and comical show. it's corny, cheesy unrealistic, and i love it. again one of my roommates got my hooked. anyways, after a season with a flighty, bad desicion making, and annoying bachelorette it all came to an end last night...and it was all worth it. instead of choosing the emotional, boring, uptight dullsville  crybaby ben  she chose the adorable, sweet, JP with the breathe stopping stares....mmm.

needless to say i was in a state of heightened euphoria yesterday...and kinda today.
