"Will you ever use common sense
I hear it comes pretty cheap
And if I speak more clearly
If I make more sense
Will you shut your mouth
You won't come across so dense"

when you were mine
"I love you more than I did
When you were mine
When you were mine
You were kinda sorta my best friend"
When You Were Mine- Prince
(I also really like tegan & sara's, and crooked fingers versions. Although crooked fingers cover is my fave version of them all)

Perfection
Donald Glover Childish Gamino Donald Glover Childish Gambino...you are the perfect man.

I was already hopelessly in love with Donald when he was just a writer on 30 rock, and then Troy on Community. The boy is tear jerking hilarious. Then he had to go and do it again, he started rapping. After listening to his mixtapes night and day, he finally put out an album. I mean talented musically, and hilariously, it's not even fair. So Donald Glover, on this day, the day you released Camp, I declare my unwaivering love and adoration for you.
"But niggas got my feelin' I ain't black enough to go to church
Culture shock at barber shops cause I ain't hood enough
We all look the same to the cops, ain't that good enough?
The black experience is blackened serious
Cause being black, my experience, is no one hearin' us
White kids get to wear whatever hat they want
When it comes to black kids one size fits all"
Hold You Down
"Can I stay at your place? No hobo"
You See Me
